How we organize a wedding in Hungary for our foreign clients
1. Firstly, we always suggest an online meeting, so we can get to know each other and talk about your ideas for the wedding more precisely. (This is optional)
After it, if you decide to choose us, we can start working together!
2. Normally, we make a Google Drive folder, where we put our recommendations of the service providers, who we think will suit your expectations and personality the best. (Photographers, videographers, decorists...etc.) In this folder, you can choose and even add more providers to the list, and if somebody’s very sympathetic, then our task is to ask them for a quote.
You can always give us feedback there or you can reach us via any online platform (for example: WhatsApp)
3. If you did not find the perfect venue for the Day yet, we also recommend some and if it is included in the package, then we organize site visits together.
4. The collected quotes, offers are uploaded in that same Google Drive folder, so you can compare them. To make it easier to decide, we can arrange online and personal meetings with the service providers, whose offer is likeable.
5. After you find the greatest service provider for your dream wedding, we will ask them to send a contract, and of course we are here to help you with the papers if something is not clear.
In the meantime, while they send the contracts, we make together a detailed scenario of the wedding, when we could see the big picture. In case of the premium and classic package, you will have a detailed budget, so you can calculate simply.
6. Until the Big Day, we stay in contact and talk through everything!
With the Premium and On-site coordination package, the coordination on your wedding will be in professional hands by us, so you just have to focus on each other.
